Baby Care Basics & Breastfeeding Workshop
May 16th and 23rd, 6-8PM
This is the enrollment for the “I’m Having a Baby!” Infant Breastfeeding and Baby Care workshop. It will be held in two sessions: on Thursday May 16th and Thursday May 23rd from 6-8PM, over Zoom, and was developed for expecting parents. This workshop is an excellent resource for all parents and we encourage couples to attend the workshop together!
We will cover baby care basics , breastfeeding preparedness, what to expect in those first couple of days and weeks at home, what you REALLY need to register for, and more. After each class you’ll get an email recap filled with all of the information we cover in class and more. We also carve out discussion time so that we can speak to all of your specific concerns, issues, and questions!

Week Two (May 23rd)
Anatomy of the breast, milk production, and timeline of what to expect
Logistics: how often to feed, positioning, how to know when baby is full

Common concerns
This workshop is structured so that you are enrolled with a small group of other parents who are due around the same time as you.
This class is facilitated by Jenn Langsdale, MAEd, Certified Lactation Education Counselor, Happiest Baby Certified Educator.
